What is the duration of the sessions?

Each session will be for 50 minutes

Do I need to prepare before my first session?

While therapy is meant to be a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without pressure, a little preparation can help make your first session more effective and meaningful. Take a moment to reflect on what you hope to achieve and any specific concerns you'd like to discuss. If you have previous therapy experiences or questions about the process, feel free to bring those along. Keeping a pen and paper will also be a good idea to reflect/ refer back after the sessions.
